Welcome to the LBPC
We are always looking for new members to join us and to help keep photography alive. We want you to enjoy your hobby. For information about our activities, please browse this site.
The club season runs from September 9 2009 to 30th June 2010. We meet in the main hall at The Greenleas Lower School, Derwent Road, Linslade, every Wednesday evening 8.00-10.00pm, with a coffee break at 9.00pm. New members are welcome at any time of the season.
Subscriptions are:
* Standard Full Season £50, Half Season £30
* Concessions Full Season £40, Half Season £25
* Family Full Season £80, Half Season £45
Social events include the Christmas Party and the Summer barbeque.
Club events range from talks through competitions to practical evenings and the occasional outdoor evening shoot (with pub afterwards). Broaden your experience with cameras while having fun! We are also involved with external competitions in the Chilterns region.
Tutorials are encouraged for all members who want to get to grips with what their equipment can do, not just their cameras’ features. Just as important, tutorials in composition, lighting, exposure, depth of field, exploring the subject, etc., are available and help advance our mastery of photography– an art and a science.
